Terms, delivery & refunds
Launchroom offers downloadable PDF puzzle games. Stripe processes your payment; its checkout displays the merchant name CCPL.COM.
What you buy
Each individual case — The Last Signal, The Glasshouse Cipher or The Lunar Relay — includes four PDFs: an eight-page player pack and a three-page hint and answer guide, each in A4 and US Letter. The price shown is US$2.99 for one personal-use license. The paper-size editions contain the same game. A complete ZIP and printing guide are also included. The Puzzle Night Collection costs US$6.99 and includes all three cases (twelve PDFs) in one organized ZIP.
Delivery
Files unlock on your order page after Stripe confirms successful payment. No physical items are shipped. Some payment methods take longer to clear. Save your order page and a local copy of your PDFs. If the download fails, contact us with your Stripe receipt so we can help restore access.
Refunds
If a file cannot be downloaded or is defective, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will provide a working copy or refund the purchase. Duplicate purchases may also be refunded. A change of mind after downloading is not normally refundable, except where applicable consumer rights require otherwise. Refunds are returned through the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider.
Personal use
You may print copies for your own household or private game group. You may not resell, upload publicly, redistribute the files or use them to run paid events. The game uses English text, and a PDF reader is required. A printer is recommended.
Product expectations
This is a small, straightforward puzzle activity. It is not a full-length escape room, a subscription or a physical board game. No fixed play duration is promised.

Use the contact page for download problems, refunds or disputes. Include your purchase date and Stripe receipt reference. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
