Payment information

Stripe processes payments on its hosted checkout. Launchroom does not collect or store your full card number. Stripe handles payment details under its own privacy policy.

What this store keeps

We keep the Stripe checkout and payment references, purchased product, payment amount, currency and order status to deliver downloads and handle payment problems. If you contact us, we save your email and message to respond to your request. Do not include card numbers or identity documents in a support message.

How information is used

Order records are used for fulfillment, refunds, disputes and business records. Contact details supplied for support are used to handle that request. We do not sell customer data, use advertising trackers or subscribe you to a mailing list through checkout.

Storage and access

The storefront uses hosted Cloudflare infrastructure and Stripe payment services. Processing may take place outside your country. Order and support records are accessible to the store operator and service providers as needed to run the service.

Your choices

Contact us through the help page to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information. Records needed for legal, accounting or unresolved payment obligations may need to be retained. Keep your order link private: anyone who has it may be able to download your purchase.
